Craft Tutorial - Victorian ornaments to fill your home with festive elegance
Who among us would not want a tree festooned with old-timey Victorians?
Dear me, the holidays are nearly upon us! Now, if there’s one thing I often get asked around this time of year it’s “How can I make my holiday decor more elegant and my Christmas tree more refined?” One year I even met a young woman who was absolutely beside herself, worried that if her Christmas decorations did not display a certain level of ladylike sophistication that Santa would skip over her home entirely.
Friends, if you too share these concerns, do not fret! I often lament that store-bought ornaments lack the Old World elegance I require, which is why I make many of the ornaments that festoon my annual holiday tree.
Now, you may be wondering how in the world do you make your ornaments? Christmas is just around the corner—however will I find the time? Why, it’s much easier than you might think!
Here is our Homemade Christmas Ornament tutorial, which you can view in the video below. This is a simple, quick craft perfect for those yearning to adorn their tree with timeless treasures that scream “I love Santa and sophistication.”
